1. Information the Company Gathers and Tracks

Free "Membership" occurs when an end-user verbally agrees to receive Xchange requests from the Company or registers via the Company's website.

The Company collects personally identifiable information about Members, based on: information gathered at the time of registration, member interaction and response to subsequent electronic mailings and website use. Information collected may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, email address, gender, contact telephone number, business focus and interest. This information enables the Company to better tailor its services to Member needs and to help inform Members about relevant Xchange opportunities.

The Company gathers Member information using some or all of the following processes:

Usage Tracking: The Company tracks information related to the electronic mailings and web pages viewed by Members, as well as the hyperlinks clicked by Members, while viewing our emails or visiting our website.

Member Registration, Feedback/Inquiries and Telephone Conversations: Members have the ability to contact the Company to provide their feedback. The Company uses this information to respond to Members needs.

2. Sharing of Information

All information provided to the Company about a Member, as well as any additional information we may lawfully collect regarding a Member, will not be used for any third party activities and will not therefore be passed onto a third party.

Member confidentiality is very important to our business and underlines our commitment to protect and keep Member information private.

3. Delete/Deactivate Policy

Members may unsubscribe to our electronic mailings at any time by following the instructions contained within our electronic mailings, or by unsubscribing via the Company's website.

Currently, the Company does not offer Members a means by which to completely delete personal information from our databases. Instead, subscription status is set to unsubscribed to suppress inclusion from future Company electronic mailings
