| Introduction Our member's Global Project Excellence Centre, is keen to learn and share with peer group organisations around Project Tracking and Reporting. Their management track project status through a dashboard aggregation of project ‘traffic light’ information. The techniques and tools for tracking and reporting at the project level are not currently mandated and so the quality of the information provided is variable. What is the most effective way to capture accurate data on project performance in a large organisation where project managers are geographically and organisationally distributed and costs are collected in a variety of different financial systems?
If you have encountered these problems and have some answers but also wish to develop your understanding then this member would like to invite you to explore these further. Audience This opportunity is open to Project professionals with practical knowledge of the issues above obtained within complex, federated organisations managing large numbers of projects. Project Roles may include, GPO/PMO Management, Control, Reporting or Risk. Opportunity This member will share their approach (including limitations and considerations) and debate with you on these topics. In return you will gain the opportunity to present your ideas/experiences and gain an opportunity to debate the issues of interest to you and your organisation. Our member would like to engage with interested parties on a one to one basis or in a larger focus group in London and/or via teleconference around the world. Confidentiality All PPX Members and Xchange Participants are requested not to divulge confidential information during the xchange process. Knowledge transfer is enabled through sharing of information on process, approach, success and failures for the benefit of PPX professionals to learn, share and develop each others experience. Interest If this opportunity is of interest to you, please let us know by sending an email to services@xchasm.com or via the links at the top left of this page! All interested parties will be contacted to assess alignment with this opportunity and the organisations involved. Xchange engagements are conducted via one to one, focus group or conference formats.
