This PPX member is currently inviting a select group of companies to participate in a focus group meeting looking at the current approaches being undertaken by large corporations around Project & Portfolio Management.

Audience

This opportunity is open to professionals focussed on portfolio management from both a project and programme perspective.

Opportunity

Our members' Global Central Expertise Team, have offered to present their current approach to delivering a global Portfolio Management process and tool across their disparate & complex organisation.

For sharing their approach, the Portfolio Team would like to learn from other organisations in this topical area through a round table discussion on ‘the current approaches being undertaken’ to deliver culture, change, process, tools, information quality and engagement initiatives.

They are inviting two representatives from five corporate organisations to their offices in London (Date TBC - video conference access is an option).

The objective of the day is to share and learn with the focus group through six presentations on one or more of the following subjects, relating to Portfolio Management: strategic alignment, governance, prioritisation, categorisation, communication, reporting, tools & best practice sharing.

In return for presenting, the participants will also have the opportunity to engage with the group via a roundtable of their own, on a subject relating to Portfolio Management.

Confidentiality

All PPX Members and Xchange Participants are requested not to divulge confidential information during the xchange process. Knowledge transfer is enabled through sharing of information on process, approach, success and failures for the benefit of PPX professionals to learn, share and develop each others experience.
