| Introduction Our member's Head of Global PMO & Performance Management is keen to learn and share with peer group organisations around Balanced Score Cards, Programme Tracking & Reporting and Management Information Systems Dashboards. This Portfolio & Project Xcellence Forum Member has recently implemented a performance process across Operations, Project, People and Finance for three regions around the world and is looking for input on the following issues relating to this topic:
The Global PMO believe they have good indicators but are concerned they are trying to gather too much information which is also affecting the quality and accuracy of data presented to the leadership team. Audience If you are responsible for Programme Performance Tracking and Reporting within a central GPO or PMO role and have encountered these issues, implemented these processes and have some experience to share but also wish to develop your understanding then this member would like to invite you to explore this subject in collaboration with peer group organisations! Opportunity This member would like to learn from the experience and best practices owned by other organizations to help speed up their tracking and reporting development process. This member will share their approach to Balanced Score Cards, Tracking, Reporting and their leadership Dashboard but also the process and lessons learned from a recently successful Performance Benchmarking study. In return for presenting your ideas/experiences you will gain the opportunity to debate the issues of interest to you and your organisation with the focus group. Our member would like to engage with interested parties on a one to one basis or in a larger focus group in London/US and/or via teleconference around the world. Confidentiality All PPX Members and Xchange Participants are requested not to divulge confidential information during the xchange process. Knowledge transfer is enabled through sharing of information on process, approach, success and failures for the benefit of PPX professionals to learn, share and develop each others experience. Interest If this opportunity is of interest to you, please let us know by sending an email to services@xchasm.com or via the links at the top left of this page! All interested parties will be contacted to assess alignment with this opportunity and the organisations involved. Xchange engagements are conducted via one to one, focus group or conference formats. Xchasm's role in this activity is as a facilitator, we will also provide output documentation to all participants and drive actions taken from the meeting.
