Introduction

Our member's Global IT PMO, are keen to learn and share with peer group organisations around Programme & Project Management Capability & Skills development.

This member has implemented a common tool and PPM process! They are now looking to build on this work by developing a competence model for their project and programme people and would like to learn from companies who have established successful training, accreditation and/or performance programmes.

Audience

If you are responsible for PPM capability or skills development and would like to develop your thinking, understanding or direction then this member would like to invite you to explore this topic in collaboration with other peer professionals from large organisations!

Opportunity

This member is prepared to share their approach (success and failures), their internal and external analysis of an appropriate competency framework, their career paths, internal PMI training activities and their CMMI certification initiatives! In return, you will gain the opportunity to present your ideas/experiences and gain an opportunity to debate the issues of interest to you and your organisation.

Our member would like to engage with interested parties on a one to one basis or in a larger focus group in London/Plano Texas and/or via teleconference around the world.

Confidentiality

All PPX Members and Xchange Participants are requested not to divulge confidential information during the xchange process. Knowledge transfer is enabled through sharing of information on process, approach, success and failures for the benefit of PPX professionals to learn, share and develop each others experience.
