Our member's, Global IT Strategy & Integration Portfolio Team, are keen to work with peer group organizations around IT Benchmarking.

This member is currently conducting a comparative cost analysis across their in-source and outsource IT activities, including:-

• Sourcing

• Architecture

• Compliance

• Applications

• Service Management

• People Capability

They are looking to develop a scoring method on the following:-

• Efficiency and Effectiveness of IT

• IT Intensity i.e. spend as a percentage of business spend

• Manpower

Through sharing & learning with peer group organizations this member would like to identify opportunities for improvement & best practices as well as develop recommendations and an action plan for their Strategic Performance Units.

Audience

If you are responsible for benchmarking or cost analysis across IT portfolios within a large organisation, utilising in-source and/or outsource services, have experience in delivering similar initiatives and would like to develop a comparative benchmark with this member then please let us know!

Opportunity

This member will share their approach (including limitations and considerations) and debate with you on these topics. In return you will gain the opportunity to present your ideas/experiences and gain an opportunity to debate the issues of interest to you and your organisation.

Our member would like to engage with interested parties on a one to one basis or in a larger focus group in London and/or via teleconference around the world.
