Introduction

A PPX Member's Global Supply Chain and Product Development PMO are keen to learn and share with peer group organisations around:

• Change Management
• Culture & Mindset Change
• Change Manager’s working across functional areas
• Global Change Teams Working within a Complex & Distributed Organisation
• Tools, Techniques & Mechanisms used to support the above items
• Use of Change Agents and Managers

This member is currently preparing to deliver a change work-stream in support of a major global programme within the Operations and Product Development functions. The business strategy now requires the organisation to move from a Globally distributed model to a Regional one with central support & coordination.

To deliver the programme into Business as Usual operation they would like to learn from other organisations on what the ten most important things are to get right in practice, as well as the tools and techniques used to achieve these.

Audience

Ideally our member would like to share knowledge with organisations that manage Business and IT projects globally but they will also engage with companies who are delivering change within operational environments tackling the aspects of culture and mindset change.

Preferred roles include, Change Managers or Programme and/or Project Office staff with Change Management experience.

Opportunity

In return our member is happy to share their approach to their global transition i.e. moving from distributed to regional structures, the changed processes and accountability, governance put in place above the regional structures including case study examples.

Our member would like to engage with interested parties on a one to one basis or in a larger focus group at one of their locations in Europe and/or the U.S.

All PPX Members and Xchange Participants are requested not to divulge confidential information during the xchange process. Knowledge transfer is enabled through sharing of information on process, approach, success and failures for the benefit of PPX professionals to learn, share and develop each others experience.
