Introduction

An IT Procurement Director would like to share knowledge and experience with interested organisations around successful Balanced Score Card development and usage.

This ITPO member currently collates key metrics on vendor relationship and performance for governance review & performance tracking but has found difficulties in using this information in a useful manner both internally and externally with suppliers.

Based on previous experience within other organisations, using six sigma driven Management Information Systems, this member is aware that it is possible to provide a fit for purpose solution and would therefore like to share and learn from the approaches taken by other organisations to this
problem!
